Returns & Refunds

All products sold by Peptides and You are supplied strictly as research compounds for laboratory and research use only, and are not intended for human or animal consumption. Because of the nature of these materials, the following return and refund terms apply.
1. Opened or Used Vials Are Non-Returnable
For safety, integrity, and regulatory reasons, any vial or product that has been opened, used, reconstituted, or otherwise tampered with cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We are unable to verify the storage and handling of materials once they have left our control and been opened.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival
We stand behind every shipment that leaves our facility. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace the affected item or issue a refund, provided the issue is reported within [Client to confirm: e.g. 48 hours] of delivery.
To qualify, please provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging as received
- Your order reference and the name used to place the order
3. How to Start a Claim
All claims are handled through WhatsApp. Message us within the reporting window above with your order details and the required photos. Our team will review your claim and confirm the next steps, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or via an agreed alternative arrangement. [Client to confirm: refund method(s) and processing timeline, e.g. refunds processed within 5โ7 business days of approval.]
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the damaged/incorrect-item terms above apply. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
